• Listing Requests for Services: Users of the Site may list service requests ("Listings") for acquisition. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of your Listings, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Transactions: The Site serves as a marketplace for buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the Listings or transactions conducted through our Site. All transactions are between buyers and sellers, and we are not responsible for resolving disputes.
• Fees: We may charge transaction or listing fees for certain services. Details of our fees are available on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to pay any applicable fees.

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Listing illegal or harmful products/services.
• Violating any intellectual property rights.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Attempting to interfere with the Site's functionality or security.
• Transmitting harmful content, such as viruses or malware.

All payments made through the Site are processed by a third-party payment provider. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment provider, which may vary.

• Product/Service Descriptions: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the descriptions, images, and details of your Listings.
• Shipping & Delivery: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, including shipping and delivery, in accordance with the terms set out in their Listings.
• Feedback and Reviews: Buyers and sellers may leave feedback on transactions. You agree to provide truthful and accurate feedback.

• Our Content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: By submitting Listings or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site and through our marketing efforts.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, the use of the Site, or any third-party links or services. We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of the Listings or transactions.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree to arbitrate all disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes become effective signifies your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

As such, JobJay reserves the right to fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities or other governmental agencies in connection with any investigation into suspected unlawful activity. This may include, but is not limited to, disclosing user information or content as required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that JobJay may disclose information to law enforcement without prior notice to you, if we are required to do so or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JobJay, our users, or the public.

JobJay is not responsible for resolving or mediating any payment disputes between users or between users and third parties. All transactions made through our platform are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. It is your responsibility to verify the legitimacy, accuracy, and terms of any payment or transaction you engage in. In the event of a dispute, you agree to resolve the matter directly with the other party involved and acknowledge that JobJay has no obligation to intervene, reimburse, or otherwise become involved in such disputes.
